Processing
Our typical processing time is two days, though it may extend during peak seasonal periods. We strive to dispatch items as quickly as possible; however, since our products are made fresh to order, we may need to prioritize based on order date and specific requests when demand is high.
If you need your order by a particular date for an event, please let us know so we can ensure timely processing. We appreciate your understanding and patience during these busy times. Delivery
Your order will be shipped via Royal Mail 48, unless an upgrade is selected.
If your order exceeds £40, it will automatically be upgraded to Next Day courier delivery, but stil requires processing time, since everything is made fresh to each order.
Please keep in mind that the delivery dates we provide are only estimates. Occasionally, items may arrive outside of these timeframes due to factors beyond our control. Once dispatched, we rely on the courier to deliver items promptly and within the expected timeframe.
Consider the delivery dates as estimates. If your item does not arrive in time for your event and is not unduly delayed, you will be responsible for return postage. We are unable to issue a refund for this reason until we receive the product back in its original condition.
